Do you mind if I ask you how it all went?
I'm not quite sure about how long you guys have been together (years, I reckon), but I remember you being somewhat drifting away from the relationship a few months ago. Being a total stranger, I don't believe any piece of mine can be useful, since I don't know anything about you or your girlfriend, for that matter, and it's all done anyway.
However, I do hope everything works out the way you think it will, as you seemed quite confident. I'm just a bit curious about what your girlfriend did, unless she was looking forward to a break up as well. |

I saw it coming from a mile away. She did, too. , everyone did.
In fact, it wasn't even that hard to do. And I don't feel bad about it. I was pretty numb to anything she said when I did it... still feel a bit numb, now. We'd only been dating for seven months, but we were friends for a long time before that. I still want to talk to her, but I don't think she's ever going to want to talk to me again... and it's probably best for her if we don't.
Long story short, there's a good chance that I'm going to end up dating the *other* girl (the "best friend" situation) in the end. Oh, well. I'm going to go tune up my car, wash it, and get ready to go do something with her tonight. |
