Rule #2 is NEVER EVER pay any ticket a cop gives you
Listen dude just contest the ticket and find an excuse for court or I can give you my Lawers # and he will win 100% but you might have to pay him more then your ticket is :conf: . |

| I think the cop was right (Sadly) just cause even if a parking lot is considered private property (im not sure) the parking lot probably doesnt have a liquor liscense, which would allow people to drink on the premises. |

No, the cops a bitch because she had nothing better to ing do than bust some teens with some beer. Although theyre pigs for giving speeding tickets too, those might actually improve that person's driving abilities (might), but yet there we were commmiting a felony worthy of writing us up for.

agreed, i mean i know it sucks and a few of my friends have gotta fine for exactly this. unfortunatly a parking lot is not private property. She was right and you got caught. sucks, and she was a bitch cause not all cops will do this. some will just poor your beer.
this in fact has happened to me. but the cop was right. So suck it up pay the fine and move on with you life with a lesson well learned. wait until you get to the park well hidden from cop eyes lol |

| by the way you have writen your story, it sounds as if you were in your "car" when you popped open the cold ones, if that is the case, count yourselft lucky that you didn't get a driving while intoxicated, because i know in the states if you have the keys of your car on you "in your pocket, ect." and the engine is not even running, you can get a dwi, or rather a dwai depending on what you may have blown in a breathalyzer. so like everyone else has said, just pay the ticket, because the only way your are going to win this one is if you pay for a lawyer to back you, and that isn't even a def. win, also consider the lawyer is going to cost a hell of alot more $$ than the ticket is |

I was simply asking a friendly forum some advice.
Anyway you started it. Telling me to grow up just for having a ing beer in an empty parking lot after a hard day's work really got to me... im guessing you wouldnt know since you live in laval and live off your daddy's riches while crying to mommy about your OBVIOUS problems with sex.
