Oxycodone is the generic version of Perkoset. Very potent. A different kind of high/ed up feeling compared to Hydrocodone (generic for Vicodin). Hydrocodone made me feel mellow and chill, whereas Oxycodone had me more aggressive, hyper...feelings of that sort. Also depends if you mix it with other things. |
Narcotic analgesics Oxycodone (C18 H21 NO4) and Hydrocodone (C18 H21 NO3) are synthesized from an opioid called Thebaine (C19 H21 NO3), a minor constituent of opium.
They all have their own positive therapeutic/medical uses in the alleviation of pain, but being narcotics there will always be a very high potential for abuse.
Percoset is Endo Pharmaceuticals' brand name for Oxycodone (with the addition of acetaminophen.) |

Might as well snort heroin....oxys are almost as addictive. Used to date a chick that loved to put them up her nose.....needless to say she amounted to nothing. Bad stuff. |
are you guys thinking oxycontin?
i always thought percosets are pretty mild. a little stronger than Vicodins but not by much. maybe it is just me. anyway both are really good ;). |

adding APAP (tylenol) can make the effects pretty different. pretty much every opiate painkiller out there has a variation with APAP, ibuprofren or both. i get really confused with all the trade names.
when i had my wisdom teeth out they gave me hydrocodone with APAP and it made me feel sick. |
