Hey,
I would check out ur low ends, they are eating all the spectrum though imo, I think u used too much low end in ur kick and Bass, I would balance better that because they are eating all imo, the clap is a bit weak, I would work more with it, above all with the reverb reflection, sounds way flat :D.
Nice cut offs with the drums, but I dont hear any part that would be a drum solo to be honest :), sounds more like a breakdown for drums to me than a solo.
In overall, not bad at all, I just would work more with the Low Ends and the clap, other than that is going nice ;).

Hey thanks Kopi,
Haven't had as much practice at mastering as you do I don't think. I didn't notice any problem with my low end if you pardon the pun. But I changed it slightly anyway. It has been updated.
I'm happy with the clap. I was thinking maybe it sounds very different on your speakers. What do you have?
kind regards,

P.S. Ill be revieuwing your tracks as soon as possible |

wicked track man..loads of energy, i think the track gets a lot better from 4:00min and on. Love that low end riff u got go'n..nice
liste'n on comp. speakers so i can't make to much judgement on the mastering and what not.
Oh ya, i hate that screaming thing, sounds so off beat..haha
nice tune though! |

Thanks Mr Rogers,
I'v heard it so many times that I sick of it now actualy. My personal opinion is that after 4:00 the main bassy kind of synth loses it's punchyness with the filter going up.
Actualy the scream isn't chopped in my project file. But as soon as I mixdown it seems to cut out with the bassdrum, realy strange. No idea why. It's the only audio track I have going so ill try putting it through a sampler see if that makes any difference.
Just got lucky on the riff I suppose.
At 4:50 their is a slight click for some reason, ill be putting a DeEsser on that to fix it.
kind regards and thanks again,
Charly Darwin |
