so i just received my echo indigo dj sound card, and when I plug it in, my Apple G4 OS X 10.4.1 freezes. fine. so i go to the echo website and download the newest driver (v 1.3, from 2003) and apparently this version only supports OS X 10.2.
Do they seriously not have a driver version written for 10.4?!?! Or am I overlooking something... , i am PISSED!
anything you guys can tell me would be awesome. |

10.4.1 should be backward compatible with any other previous X versions, so that shouldn't be the problem. I've been using 10.4.1 for a few weeks now and I have noticed that, despite how amazingly useful the dashboard is, it's a load of . My computer's slow, sluggish and nothing is running right...not even my settings are staying the same.
If you have 10.3.x use that. Steer clear of 10.4.x until Apple fix a load of bizarre bugs that are dogging this system.
