What would you all say is the ratio on this board of Liberals to Conservatives? |

Well, I wouldn't classify Smiley as a communist - but I reckon that he's a bona fide socialist. And if I changed the label to communist, where would he fit in? He's not liberal, not a fundie, and definitely not a conservative.

| i wouldnt clump everyone on this board into the 'liberals' and 'conservatives' but there are definetely more people with an overall liberal take on issues. id say around 4:1 |

| What about authoritarian and non-authoritarian? Should this be in the liberal/conservative mix too? At least a political test site has it tabled up & all. |

| are the classifications for these groups really that global? i would expect the interpreations to vary a little or a lot across different borders. i have a hard time believing a liberal in the US is the same as a liberal in Ireland or whathaveyou |

isn't a "liberal" in the US just a less conservative conservative?
