| yeah these forums suck:( we need females, hot ones we can flirt with. only way to have fun...i don't know why texas lacks them. Maybe you TAs up there should be scoring with more women and getting them into electronica eventually getting them to post in the forums |

Ok so I thought I would come back home and chime in on this thread. I do not think it is fair for ya'll to try to compare the TXTA forum to us there in Atlanta, Miami or up in Toronto. Being a young forum, it is going to take time to build up a following. If you want my $.02 here it is. We in Atlanta, IMHO, have such a Strong group because we aren't just clubbing friends but true friends. We go out to lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. We get together for things not related to EDM, Like going to see Oasis in concert in a month or so. Don't get me wrong, we have our house parties where we spin and get ed up or hit the club for a HUGE VIP table party where 20+ of us show up! But it is about more then that on a daily basis. Where Texas has the problem is because if the distance between the parties in Dallas vs. Houston. It is hard to get get together. So all the Dallas TAs start to hang out and Likewise the Houston and SA/Austin crowd do the same... Once a month or so, you meet up as one big group! Someone take the for sight and plan a beach party or BBQ and get it started! You will never meet each other sitting at your keyboard stroking off to "PVD is the best DJ ever!!!" Yes chicks help, too bad most of ours here are taken, but there is other fun to be had. Send a bunch of people down to WMC this year! Meet the TAs from around the world and party it up. Come back home and keep in touch so you can go to their host city or they can come party with you for the weekend! Why do you think ATL has people coming from Colorado or Puerto Rico as in last weekend or We are going to South Carolina next weekend to throw a house party. By no means do I think that Atlanta is better then Texas. Texas will always be my home and I will always show much love for y'all! But, I think if you want to get a tight knit group started, then take a look at what ATL has done and follow in their path. I think hands down, ATL has the friendliest group on TA. Just my thoughts!
