go to  on the top of the page then 'edit options'
scroll down and you will see Avatar
either use one of those in the av database or u can upload one
click the change avatar button and you will see those in the database or at the bottom you will see where you can upload a custom one

when ever a poster has "girl" on the end of their name, it means they are actually an etranny.
