I Only know how to play games and dont know the specifics which leads me to my problem/question.

I want to hook my PS2 with my flat screen computer monitor. Is this possible and what do you need to get it done.

Also I want to have my PS2 internet a wireless connection if possible. I have the new slim ps2 with the built in net any suggestions or is this just a dream?!

Thanks
Yan
You need the computer to have Composite S-Video and Audio Inputs (front and rear) if you want to play on your screen. As for a wireless connection, I believe you can use a wireless router and it'll work. My girlfriend does it with her regular PS2. Not sure about the PSTWO's, though.

i think you would need a wireless adapter or something for the ps2 for it to pick up the section.. i have a hard time to believe that it would be built in

This is true since most adapters that allow you to hook up your console to a monitor, the JAM for example which I've used in the past, sends the signal a TV would normally show so its going to look blocky and jaggy. It will actually look better on your TV.

However, this is not the case for the Xbox. There is one adapter, called the X2VGA+, www.x2vga.com, that sends the signal in all its HDTV glory to your monitor. 480p, 720p, and 1080i modes all displayed beautifully on your computer monitor. Once you plays games in this manner, you'll never return to a TV. Unfortunately however, the X2VGA+ does NOT work on an LCD monitor. CRT only.
