I know this is a common problem sometimes with plastic or acrylic balls since they tend to self-thread themselvse after you screw them on.
I myself have never had this problem w/ my tongue ring, until like 4 days ago. FIRST TIME. Generally, this has never been a problem for me.
Though, I now have offically lost 2 nipple ring plastic beads/balls bc they came off while I was partying. Lost one at freakin' A&B! :(
I gotta remember to just double check to make sure they are on tight before partying now.
I guess you could do the same for your tongue ring... personally, even if my tongue ring balls kept coming off, id still keep them and just remember to check them daily or every other day, something like that, since i HATE the feel of metal against my teeth. :)

I don't really mind the metal feel of my tongue ring for some reason (don't ask me to put a fork against my teeth, or a spoon though). My thing is when the ball comes off i freak out. I'm so scared of my tongue healing lol :nervous: All that suffering would have been for nothing. |

| Okay how bad is the pain for that type of thing? I mean considering the head of the penis is supposed to be extremely sensitive and all... And another question i've always wondered about: how do you have sex with something like that in there? Doesn't it hurt? |

| Wow... you're brave for going through that. I had a hard time dealing with the tongue piercing, the pain was so intense. I can't imagine being a guy and getting my dick pierced :nervous: |

| I thought it was really bad when the plyers were applied but that was the most intensive pain I have ever felt. I could not move for 3 days and I only did when I had to go to work ( loose cloths is the key, which I still wear) Sex I have to say is still better for the partner than for me so far ( currently single) |

I suppose it must feel kind of the same way it feels for a grown man getting a circumcision (in regards to loose clothing etc). Mind they most likely get an anaesthetic... did you? |

| You don't even know the half of it. No there was no pain killer. Worse than that the guy put a shorter barbell in than I had requested ( this happened last labor day) I didn't know until the next morning when I woke up in horrible pain. I had to wait two days till his shop opened up again so I could have a new one put in. The first time was able to drive home ( ten minutes while driving stick) When he removed the first one and replaced it I had to wait half an hour in my car because it was worse than the original piercing. |

| Oh God :nervous: That sounds terrible! Why did you want to get this piercing in the first place? I'm not asking that in a bad way btw, i get asked that question for my tongue all the time but people don't understand the fact that i think it looks pretty and i like it. |
