Warning - Mobile phone scam please pass on
Hi guys,
There is yet another scam operating on mobile phones. A missed call comes up, the number is:
07090 203840
The last 6 digits may vary but certainly the first 4 will remain the same. If you call this number back, you will be charged £50 per minute. People have complained about their phone bills once they have realised the cost of the call, but apparently this is completely legal.
Please be aware, do not call back numbers begining 0709...
Please pass this onto as many people as possible. |

i wouldnt phone back a number i didnt know anyway.
but how do we know if this scam is real someone could of just made it up which is usually the case |

| It'd be a bit sad if it was all made up though. But yeah, I dont usually ring numbers I dont know either. |

I wasnt aware that mobile numbers in themselves could be charged at premium rates, though I can use my phone to forard calls to any number so guess thats how its done...
but who rings up a number they dont recognise |
