Hey guys, only two more weeks left until the big show. I was curious who all was making the trip down to SD for the show?

4th and B is totally overhauling the venue and the decorations, sound and lighting for this show will actually be bigger and better than the previous armin/markus show.

Any plans for still doing a TA meetup prior to heading to 4th and B? If so, where and what time? I'm down to help coordinate it if we can get a headcount, but we should get started here.

Hope to meet some of you at the show, please make sure to come up and say hello, i'll be done spinning @ 11 :)

Ok I am gonna go, but who thinks he is gonna spin CD's all night again. I do, I think he needs to spin more vinyl in his live sets. I noticed it in his last set with Armin almost 98% of his set was CD's.

Not sure if you noticed, but most big DJs play 99% CDs. It's just easier to lug it around...are you the type that's so ing anal about this type of ? God, why can't people get over it.

What does it matter?? The Cd's have a cleaner sound anyways...

Dave, you said vinyl too, prety sure you meant cd's!!

Anyway, I agree here, the fact that he plays cd's should make no difference. Technically the mixing is exactly the damn same. I could never really understand why people bag on it when eveyrbit of the mechanics of mixing is exactly the same.

Not to mention the fact that he gets tracks on cd WAY earlier than on vinyl. I would rather here new stuff on CD than records that i've heard the same songs over and over.

Just my .02, i'm down regadless

everything is digital now, anything said is pointless!

This debate is so dumb, its as simple as play what you want but respect other peoples will to do the same.

but you can't see teh cd spinning....

heh, yea, I haven't heard anyone complain about a dj using cds in a while actually. Thought we were just bitching about laptops vs. cds now. :wtf:

i should see if I can make some last minute hotel/travel plans and make it out.
