Luke Chable (Trojan records, Therapy, Australia)
Melbourne based Luke Chable has built himself a fine dancefloor reputation through his production work under his own name and via a number of guises such as Quest, Dark Alley, Digital Mind Control, Lostep and Acl/21st Century Fux. It’s no secret to anyone that the last few years have been a difficult time for electronic music of the progressive variety. However, with the arrival of Luke and a host of new and exciting producers on the scene, it shows that all is not lost. If you've bought any progressive compilations in the last few years its more than probable that a Chable production or remix has been in the tracklisting. The obvious compilations that spring to mind are Balance 4, 5 & 6, Global Underground, Renaissance / Therapy Sessions Volumes 1 & 2, and Cream. Need we say more? Yes. With over 70 productions and countless remixes on labels such as Bedrock records, GU Music, Vapour recordings, Yooshi records, Release records, Distinctive breaks, Zero Tolerance, Shinichi records, Silver planet, Saw recordings, Inversus, Eq Grey, Baroque Breaks, Sumsonic, Vicious Vinyl, Precinct recordings, Mechanism records and Skyline records, it is testament to his talent that each new release is keenly anticipated by his growing legion of fans and seldom are they disappointed by the results.
