Hey guys thought I'd post my latest remix for inspection. I did this last night and this morning, probably around 7 hours put into this, it's a sort of chilled housey-trancy mix ;)

Downloading now:
Nice, interesting start. Sounds very laidback, I like your shaker in the back.
Don't like the sound you used for the melody. Sounds like an Albino FX, doesn't fit in my opinion.
Getting a little tired of it, but I'm not an expert on the house genre.

Cheers for the comments, I'm thinking about how I can make the track a little shorter and I'm going to try to add some non-intrusive fx to make it less repetitive.
I'll experiment with the melody synth, see if I can find something housier, cheers. Originally this was going to be a house track but I ended up sticking trancy synths in ;) |

the sounds you have used for this tune are really cool.
it sounds very retro but is lacking something to fill it out. maybe some submelodies...
the vocal needs to sound more 'placed' in the track. im not sure how you would go about that tho. maybe at some reverb? and maybe a sine wave gate on it goind with the beat to give the vocal more rythm? |

I liked the beginning of it, sounds quite cool... nice job.
The bass needs to be louder, add some FX to the vocals, they're way to dry!
I'm not even sure if you have a kick going on, if there's one, I cannot hear it... perhaps you should eq it!
The whole track over all sounds way way to dry, add to reverb, delay... stuff like that...
PLEASE ADD A DECENT KICK TO IT.
It seems like this is your first production... don't give up... you have potential!

Haha, by no means my first production ;) You should hear my first one (~november last year). Now THAT was bad ;)
But yeah, I'd agree with all the comments, I've been seeing to most of them already, having some trouble trying to get the vocals to sound like they were sung with the singer listening to this track instead of the original, but I'm getting there. I'll post an update when I've done a second draft.
