I don't know if this is over-rated or not because no-one in my circle listens to goa/psy, but Buzzmonx - Insane is truly insane! I've never read about any DJ spinning this track, nor ever seen it mentioned on TA, so I'm making an assumption.

well, I like the Darker tending towards evil sounding
psychedelic myself...
I'd recommend anything by:
Ocelot (California)
Kindzadza (Russia)
Dark Nebula (Australia)
Grapes of Wrath(Denmark)
Hyper Frequencies (france)
Suria (EU)
Most of the stuff recommended on this thread seems to
be rather older stuff... |

Check out the 2005 live remix on V/A - Grand Avenue, a damn fine compilation that just came out last month. Son Kite and Tegma also have some sick tracks there.
Tsuyoshi is far out of trance by now... I think all he touches these days is the most commercial side of things. |

| Don't know if this is posted yet but if you like dark goa trance you should check out Xenomorph. I haven't heard so much of his new stuff but his releases on Koyote Records is great stuff. While I'm on it, both Koyote and a not so unknown goa trance label called Matsuri was releasing a lot of good goa trance some years ago. Definitely worth checking if you still can find any of their stuff. Always worth checking ebay once in a while. |
