Just passed our Mac's gasstation on the way to work... hahah, they had big numbers TAPED to the ing sign!! :whip: :whip: :whip:
That was ing FUNNY to see. So welfare and ghetto looking! OMG!
Thank god my dad was in Stayner yesterday bc he somehow managed to fuel up for 95cents.

No they aren't, only the Liberty is, and with independant suspension, that's not even a goddamn Jeep :whip:
The engine is a glorious Mercedes 5-pot though. Sweet little 2.8L common rail direct-injection 5-cylinder turbodiesel with 160bhp and 295lb-ft torque.
If they made a diesel Wrangler Unlimited, people would be flocking to buy them. |

My "inside source" tells me that that was just a rumour, because the Wrangler (TJ) is going to be completely redesigned within the year and have independant suspension... Say hello to your Jeep Camry. Instead of "Trail Rated" badges, in a few years they'll have "Mall Rated" badges :(
I'd love for them to all have diesels though. |

IFS on a TJ.... NO!!!! TJ is an off road monster.... it should have a live axle! With IFS you're just asking to smack your undercarriage off a rock!
Oh well, mine has live axles (dyna 44s). |

Oh don't worry, Jeep has 2 front-wheel-drive offerings in the next 2 years as well. :whip: :whip: :whip: Brand dilution at it's finest.
Jeep really needs to build these: The Gladiator. So, so badass.

First a two wheel drive, then IFS, now front wheel drive.... Where will it end?
I understand that the Gladiator will be built and in similar form to the concept.
What they really need to build is the Huricane..... two Hemis and four wheel independent steering
