You will need a program, which I don't recall the name of..
The best would be to buy a midi keyboard.. They are not too expensive.
This question is asked before, use search. |

Bome's Mouse Keyboard search for it, you will also need a midi loopback device like Hubi's or MidiYoke
you will find them on google if you try hard enough :) |

thanks for the help guys. i can now use my qwerty keyboard :)
but every time i want to play notes, i have to press alt+tab to switch to Bome's Mouse Keyboard, it gets annoying. Is there any way i can play notes directly into Reason? |

just invest in a midi keyboard....a cheap one will probably set you back 50 bucks, and a good one only 100..
i used to be like you playing FL on a qwerty...got really annoying after awhile  |

Well the bomes mouse keyboard window always has to be ontop of the reason window. So you can't really just play your keyboard without bomes over the top of reason.
If you mean "recording" notes you play, just press the record button, then the play button, and play the notes. |
