That's complete bollocks. Sasha and BT did not rejuvenated UK dance. If it was in need of rejuvenation (which it wasn't really), then Leftfield were the ones who brought it back to life.
And The KLF invented trance. |

Yeah, i think only 1 score has been released officially in full so far (Monster) but there is another one planned to be released later this month (Stealth). Some scores have only been promo'd but not released officially (Go, Under Suspicion, The Fast And The Furious) and/or limitedly distributed to a handful of people like the members of the Academy Awards for reviewing purposes of Oscar nominees (The Fast and The Furious) and the rest, sadly, haven't seen the light of day anywhere except for a few selected works among tracks by other people in the soundtrack CDs (for example Go and Driven soundtracks feature only one BT track each, Believer on Go and Satellite on Driven even if both movies featured more of his works).
He did some scoring for Zoolander but pulled his name off the movie credits later on for some reason i have no clue of.. Also there's some wrong info out there about Rollerball score.. BT has nothing to do with it. Rollerball is actually scored by Eric Serra. The TV show Kevin Hill i have no clue of either.. Below a few tracklists of his other actual scores besides Monster:

It was primarily the curiosity how electronic music was made that got me interested in making music. I didn't know about sounds, hardware and mixing. And still after almost 8 years i feel like knowing not so much. I just read the BT interview posted 2 pages ealier here, and he is one of the guys that makes me want to explore technology as much as possible. No doubt about it: he uses it to the max and still makes accesible music. (hi)Hats off! |
