There should be a folder on your computer that holds all your favorites. |

| No. It is highly recommended that you switch back to Internet Explorer. |

| Reboot, or use your task manager to close firefox. This should reset back to your default profile. |

| the same thing happened to me some time ago. i ended up giving up and building bookmarks and over again. |
