| Yea, so i need to get myself an office next month. Does anyone here know anything about office leasing? My budget's around $750/mo. What can i get for that much in the Etobicoke / Mississauga area? |

Theres lots of small office space for lease in the areas you mentioned.
Keep in mind about a $1 per square foot.
You can probably get away without a long term lease right now as space is in abundance! |

| Really? That sounds incredibly cheap! Could an office consisting of one 200sq ft room (enough for two desks, half-dozen chairs, room to move around) really cost under 200/mo? And what's a good place to start searching? I don't feel like doing one-by-one searches, so is there some kind of a massive online directory, or a company that can find me the office i need? |

Sorry dude I mean 1/ sq. ft in the 700-1000 sqft range....
and I wasnt talkin' Trump Tower styles either!!! LOL |

| Lots of office space at Mississauga Rd. and 401 area. I would check that area out. My office is on Argentia I can get back to you on the lease amounts. There is so much office space now that cost is cheap. |

I live at Islington & QEW, so that's a little far (though not too far), but i'd appreciate it if you could tell me how much you're paying. |
