I just got a cdj-200 and I like it except for the fact that it won't search through vbr mp3s. I want to convert all of my vbr mp3s to a constant bitrate but I need to find out what mp3s are actually vbr. Does anyone know of a program that will search through a directory of mp3 files and determine which are vbr and which are constant?

if you put your cursor, in windows (the operating system), over a song then i think it tells you if a song is vbr or not. I don't have vbr mp3s so i dont' have to worry about this;) :toocool:

There's a program called ENCSPOT that will tell you if a file is VBR, as well as the type of encoder used.

I have a CDJ-200 and it searches through VBR tracks just fine. The only annoyance of VBR that I have is that it cannot show time in terms of remaining time.
