if its a routine traffic stop?
Xenocreator_PG_
why not?

are you ashamed of your vagina?

edit:

no. that is aviolation of your rights.

An intimate body search consists of the physical examination of any one or more of a person's bodily orifices, including the anus, vagina, ears and nose. The police can only carry out an intimate body search in limited circumstances. They can search you if a police officer of at least the rank of superintendent has reasonable grounds for believing that:

• You may have concealed on you something that you could use to cause physical injury to yourself or to others, and that you might use it while you are in police detention or in the custody of a court.

• You have concealed Class A drugs - such as heroin and cocaine, but not cannabis or amphetamines - on yourself and that you are in possession of the drugs either with intent to supply them to somebody else or with a view to committing a customs offence.

A search for drugs - Class A drugs only - may only be carried out by a registered medical practitioner or a registered nurse. It should only be carried out at a hospital, at a registered medical practitioner's surgery or at some other place used for medical purposes. An intimate search for potentially harmful items should also be carried out by a doctor or nurse, but may be conducted by a police officer if an officer of at least the rank of superintendent believes that it is not practicable for it to be carried out by a doctor or nurse. The search may be carried out at a police station.

In the case of all the above searches, Article 8 - the right to privacy - must be considered. Anything which goes further than that which is necessary for the prevention of disorder or crime would be in violation of the Article.

In Canada (since you're from Bramladesh I figure you were likely in Canada) the police can look down your pants if they either have a warrent to do so or they have reasonable and probable grounds. What reasonable and probable grounds are is always in question, however, if they had evidence to suggest that a crime was being commited (in your pants) then they would be within the constitution to look.

THERE'S always a crime being committed in my pants.

When it comes right down to it....the cop has the gun....SEARCH AWAY.

I was stopped coming home from Thunder Bay in the middle of no where. The cop searched my entire car and me. The cop never asked to see my licence and didn't even give me a ticket for anything....as a matter of fact...he didn't even tell me why he pulled me over.

they can't charge you with anything under a gram. therefore, they cannot search you.

I knew a guy who would push patrol officers with like this. He would also say that when you get pulled, the most you have to do is roll the window down just a crack, enough to hear the officer. When he asks for license and registration, he said you don't have to hand it to him, rather just plant it up against the window and force the officer to take your info down from the other side. On a couple occasions the cop would get so pissed that he would get arrested and held over night. Then get paid for wrongfull arrest.

I thought it was funny as hell but this guy may very well have been full of and I never really wanted to test it out for myself.

Just play it cool.. I'definitely say it's unnecessary unless you had drugs or guns in plain view.

When me and my buddy used to go smoke, he'd keep the bud in his socks. He said they can't search you there or anywhere unless you've given consent or seriously ed up. I say down drive inebreated and I'm just fine. I drive like my grandma, seriously.. haha.

I say just play it cool and nothing wil happen. Burn on the inside lights, roll down the windows an put both hands on the wheel. I've heard from former cops from a car site i go to.
