Thanks mate ;) Yeah you all 100% right mate...Both days as well in Thessaloniki and in Athens was brilliand...I am still wondering how i make it to travel 1400Kms there and back... I still have the tracklist from Thessaloniki in my phone if you are interesting even that most of the tracks he played in athens as well :) |

Track 8 sounds like Envio, it's the same guitar he would use and there are some elements that sound similar to that of Love Poison, oh well just an assumption lol :p

Ok, I have got some new stuff in the pipeline. Most of that stuff are not interesting to know about at the moment though, but here's something for the trance fans: A new trance track is about to see the light of day, soon!
And to the people who keep bashing me about my usage of guitars in basically all my trance tracks (except for Sunlight Theory, which had a guitar at first which was removed :)): Stop bashing me.
Why should I stop using such a beautiful instrument?
It's like asking Nirvana to cut the guitar-crap and come up with something new. What would you expect? Watching Curt Kobain running around in a gym with a Harp?
If you tell me to stop using guitars, tell all the other trance artists to stop using their sawtooth leads or the prog guys to stop using that blip-blop melody sound they have for their main melodies as well. You might as well give Beethoven a call and tell him to stop his piano-nonsense and come up with something new already.
Or don't listen to the tracks, if you think the usage of a genre-representative instrument is bad for your health. Anyways, to the Envio-fans out there:
I hope you will like the new trance stuff, which will be a bit different than what you've heard before. And hey, don't kill me if you hear the guitar again ;-)

Oh and on another note, Armin doesn't play only tracks that he likes, he plays the newest tunes to give trance listeners a greater perspective to what will soon be available on the trance and progressive scene, he knows a rubbish tune when he hears one, which brings me around to the point of, i don't think it's fair to say "Shame on you" etc. But I do agree with that person lol, that Katana track isn't awfully good, but that's just my opinion who gives a toss, long live ASOT :) |
