Me Me Me!!!!

But I'm havin a GOOD time. I agree with most when they say that the only time it gets lonely is when you go to bed at night and there's nothing to snuggle but your pillows. :( But other than that?? I'm lovin life. :D

To me the key (or one of them) to any successful relationship is finding that balance. Spending time vs. too distant, too much physical vs. three week dry spells, etc etc

I'm not feelin that vibe. I think I need to meet new people.

I totally agree there. Meeting new people is the hardest part about dating. It was great in High School, because i was constantly meeting people, but now its a lot harder.

LOL totally understood... i've got like, two or three sets of friends that are in 'serious relationships' and they just bought houses as couples... never seen 2 people so mad at each other

Gotta love it.

I am glad I got my own house. The worse thing you can do is buy a house together and not be married and then break up....what a legal mess that becomes. At least if you are married and you get divorced everything is messy

And it only gets harder. I am 31 and meeting people is much more difficult. Most single women around my age are just rushing to find a husband....on top of that....most of my friends are younger and I still enjoy going to clubs and partying. Personally....I prefer to date a woman who is about 3-5 years younger then me.

No such thing.

My mom always told me "You have to be happy with yourself before you can be happy with anyone else". I am finally coming to understand how true that is. My best friend also gave me the advice to be friends with someone you are interested in FIRST and to take things slow. My mistake has been that I fall too fast
:(
I have only had like 2 serious relationships but from the last one I ended, I am quite jaded now. Even though I am 26 sometimes I feel like I am 17 just finding out all over again how to get it RIGHT and what I will do when I start dating again.

If it's right, it clicks, and it works.

Simple as that.

I hope you gave her the "already have friends, let's do the occasional booty call" speak. ;)

I'm with Jay on this one. I think the advantages to being "involved" or just about even with the disadvantages, so actively seeking out serious relationships seems pointless. If something happens, it happens.

i have two words...

DATING SUCKS! :p

I personally have stopped worrying about that relationship stuff... It has caused me more heartaches then I care to have right now but good luck to all of you who want relationships :)
