...losing a flab of fat around the waist??
I've lost weight (15 lbs), but the waist flab remains there! I don't wanna waste time on bull exercises, what's the most effective one for that?
And also, what's best for bringing definition to the chest? |

Crunches and situps will do it. Running is good too to get back some muscle tone, albeit Homey don't run no more and has to walk due to permanent nerve damage. You can do what I do by doing 100 situps on a bench (non-inclined cause of the vertebrae problem), then head downrange with two 25 pound dumbbells in your hands for 4-1/2 miles. A mite grueling for the novice, so start with about 5 pounders. You need to diet as well.
Bottom line is that the flab can disappear around the belly by concentrating on that area, doing some overall aerobic type exercises like running, and cut down on crap in your diet creating the love handles.
Homey here has never been fat in his entire life........
