frequency detector?

Is there an effects unit/VSTi/AU which will tell you every frequency that is used in numerical values?
For example, add it to a channel/track that is used for the bass and it will tell you:
40-51 Hz is used throughout the entier song.
It would be nice if it had a "freeze" option too like the "hold" tool in the frequency analysis graph for adobe audition. Stop it during any part of the song and it will tell you all the Hz used at that moment...
This would be very helpful! |

I tried google and KVR and nothing that I am describing seems to exist (vst, with freeze function, with numerical value list, no graphs needed with the least cpu drain as possible)
What does everyone here use to detect the frequency ranges? |

I dont think there is a thing like you're describing, but this one looks damn good. Seems to have a lot of helpful features... I like the option to turn off the visual display of the spectrum to save cpu load. |
