So this weekend has turned into quite the adventure...
Fuad (fn_xtc), Frank (Cuzo), Kelly (dance2dabeat) and myself have all found ourselves in Weedsport, New York. That's right - WEEDSPORT, New York. Around 3am this morning, while traveling on I-90, we hit the BIGGEST POTHOLE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and in turn this took out both tires on the driver's side of the car (pics to follow once I get the camera hooked up).
The very hospitable Days Inn of Weedsport accomodated us for the night. I am now sitting in out 'hotel' room while Fuad organizes the rest of our trip for the weekend. Fuad = taking care of business ('TCB' as Frank is now referring to him). We are now all taking Monday off work and staying longer in the Big Apple while we wait for the car to be repaired.
Frank has never been on a plane before, and he is very very excited.
I have never in my life been in a more styx town than Weedsport. There is a Days Inn and an Arbys - quite the tourist hotspot. All I figure now is that when we told the Duty Free shop we were going to be in the States 'at least 48 hours' we will no longer have been lying. :)

We're going to the show.
Our flight leaves Syracuse @ 1:15 into La Guardia, NYC.
In the city @ 2:30 and at Central Park for 5.
WE'RE GOING TO THE SHOW.
