Seriously from the whole list i'd be interested in seeing Seb Fontaine, Morillo, Touche and Felix. Thats honestly about it.

I semi agree, i would have liked to see people like M.I.K.E. j00f sasha + others

but

The night was absolutely amazing, faithless in particular. I'll make a longer post later

There's always gonna be DJs left out that some people want to see. The lineup was amazing, anyone disagreeing needs their head checking imo. Somethin for everyone on it...

I'm almost certainly gonna swerve this event next year tho, the scally intake seemed a lot higher than normal this year (to me anyway), snarlin s. Wank soundsystem in the cream tent meant the music was barely audible at the back and still "weak" sounding in the middle.

Faithless were awful imo, they kicked off with some e version of god is a dj, played a load of their weird e with bongos etc, then finished with we come one, which was their only decent tune imo...

I'll be £100-odd better off come August bank holiday 2006 (assuming its actually on again)....

Heard the end of Oakie's set which was amazin, UN, Southern Sun etc, PVD was great until he played "time of our lives" at the end, which I'm pretty bored of now. Nu Nrg were awsome as usual, altho the tent was only 1/4 full at that point. Morillo in his subliminal tent was in mind-blowing, I've never seen him live before but I heard the first 30 mins of his set, the place was rammed, it was amazing. Defo' made me wana explore that sound more

A slightly edited copy of my thread from another forum

I was in the cream/goodgreef tent from about 11 till 4am and loved every second. It's the first time i've seen PvD and thought he was pretty good, Oakey was decent and as soon as Ferry played galaxia i knew that was going to be an awesome set. Judge Jules was a million times better than when i heard him before and is it me or at one point did he just decide to not bother mixing?

In the cream tent there was a lack of decoration and the lighting was poorly planned, all it did was blind you and stop you seeing the DJ. The sound was waaaaaaaaaaaaay to quiet. It didn't even come close to filling the whole of the tent. Even stood right at the front beneath the decks (i was there for some of above and beyond) you could still have a conversation easily with people around you. I'm also pretty sure there was some kind of equipment problem with eddie halliwell's set. It was way below par (for him) and for the first 15mins there was some kind of engineer pratting about by the decks.

Faithless live were unbelivable. Truely amazing, i loved every second of it. Maxi Jazz is so cool. Not really sure what else to say about them. How many people do you think saw them play? At a guess i'd say 20-25,000

As for the scallies/scousers i completely they were ing twats the lot of them. No regard for anybody around them on the dancerfloors and no appreciation for the music at all. They were just pratting around and throwing bottles and glowsticks or anything they could get their hands on.

Overall though i had an awesome time though i think it'll be GKGG for me next year.

scAza - what is the full name of that 'day of our lives' song? It's the first time i've heard it and the music was well good.

and one last thing... why did anyone ever start playing 'dark side of the moon'? Let alone still playing it now after having been raped by every DJ going. God i hate that song

So all scousers are scallies? The scally-contingent was pretty noticeable this year to the point where it did put me off at certain points, which it hasnt done before. Very annoying...

There was a fair few blerts from Wigan and Manchester etc too (identifiable by the glued-on baseball caps, East 17 stylee hahaha)

It was my first time at creamfields, and went along with a couple of mates. When we first got there we had a wonder round, and see above and beyond at 4pm, there set was ok, was just expecting more uplifting tunes, but i suppose you can't expect that at 4 in the afternoon! We decided to skip adam sheridan, and come back later for eddie halliwell! he set was amazing, the crowd was loving it, just a shame the soundsystem was so !

Come the end of eddie, it was time to take a wonder to the main stage for faithless. I thought they were good, but was hoping they'd been a lot better! I didnt particularly like insomnia, especially the way maxi jazz sounded so awful! But i suppose what made up for it was we come 1 at the end!

After leaving the main stage, which was far to packed with to many in tracksuits jus pushing past constantly, we headed back to the cream tent, for oakey and PVD. I enjoyed oakeys set, but just a couple of tracks to me were so outdated!

PVD's set was pretty dam good, only my second time of seeing him, and i enjoyed it! after his set finished we decided on skipping ferry just to chill out on the grass, and came back to see jules, he wasn't bad just i'm not sure of some of the tunes he plays! Coming to the end of the jules, we jus decided we had enough after being up for more then 22 hours, we jus went and chilled in the southern fried records tent, and heard Touche play, it sounded mint!

Finally got home at 1 and i must say it was very good! just liverpool is a looong way from home!
