Hi, I am thinking on purchasing the club sounds and effects cd... I would just like to ask are these one shot samples or loops?

Club Sounds is both, about 300-400 loops off the top of my head and a very nice range of one-shots, which are superb!
the effects CD is all loops, unless one of the catagorys could be considered one shots.. ive only had a quick play, so im not 100% |

I'm not all too pleased with Vengeance FX 1 after being so happy with VEC1, though it's of course your choice. I found alot of the effects on the disc rather raw sounding and not much of use to me in a regular trance track. The smaller amount of FX on the VEC1 were even better than the whole bunch on the other disc ;)
Retiro is right about the content, most samples are one shot, except for the loops and fills. I don't use the disc for the acid or bass sounds though, I think those are more stable when generated by a synth. |

I agree With Icone, Bass is best generated by synth. I think i will purchase VEC1 and ditch the SFX...
Im looking for perc atm plus im not as bad at producing effects :rolleyes:... i think :conf:...

Vengeance definately make the best sample cd's.
I own about 15 trance/house related ones and none compare to Vengeance quality.
Uberschall Techno Trance is ok, but nothing special. |

| Vengeance EC1 is definately the best sample cd out there for me at the moment. Not really for synth sounds, but the percussion is simply awesome. Entirely recommended :) |

Couldn't agree more. Honestly this is the first sample CD I put in, went through, and was like holy for once somebody actually put GOOD samples on a sample CD. Percussion especially. Fancy that! |
