Guy problem

I have had this problem this summer with shaffing around my groin on my thighs. Its from running and sweating all day long and my thighs rubbing against each other. Any guys have recommendations for this cause its really annoying.

Get some Ointment. Before and after the work out. I use something that resembles NealSporan.

Does it just keep it dry or help stop the rubbing which leads to a rash/itch?

you serious? i almost always wore whitie tighties when i was doing serious running...

well when you put it on before, its like a lube. Then after like right before it wears off it heals it and releifes the burn

you need to wear briefs if you run. if your balls keep bouncing around, you could have some problems later on. I also always wore briefs. they're the only way to go
