Riccardo Ferri/ Picotto Meganite party! (pg. 3)

Even tho I haven't heard his recent stuff.. I want to see his live performance!
I learned of this guy in 2001, when I heard a track called "Ricky Effe - Sonous Terrarum (Primus Mix)"... Ricky Effe is another name he produces with. I found his website with an IM contact, and directed him to tranceaddict since Swamper posted the track for download/review. Here's what he posted:

They are definatly not trying to hide him, as that last meganite CD has disc 1 picotto and disc 2 ricardo ferri. I liked his CD more than picotto's personally. The man has some serious tunes and needs to represent. I dunno if anyone has checked his website, but he is testing this new software for live performances by NI. There is a screenshot on his website somewhere..
Anyways, I give him props for preforming what he does best "producing" using some of the actual equipment he uses as a producer.
I'll be kickin some leg at this party for sure.

I still think picotto is hiding him. this guy has been making picotto's tracks since lizard and it only in the last year that meganite/alchemy is pushing him. How the hell was picotto making all those traks while playing all over the world. Just bring Ferri.

Since the meltdown of BXR Records (RIP the greatest label that ever was...), Mauro took Ferri with him to launch Meganite, and he's been doing live PA's across parties in Europe. If anything, he's been in the background while at BXR, now he's slowing coming to the foreground. As far as I know, Ferri hasn't played anywhere where Mauro wasn't already booked. I'm sure Mauro is a bit worried to see his solo career take off.

LOL- how long do u think it takes to make a track? People with busier tour schedules than Mauro ever had have created tunes while flying on planes, or in a matter of 2 hrs. Trust me, they have time. |

I do think that Mauro is a little bit worried about
Riccardo because he could become very big as he is one of the only people doing a very different liveact from the other djs and his productions are just ing crazy, techno at its finest!!!
