Just look at the calendar I maintain on the main page of the West Coast board...the two big ones right now are Spundae and a bunch of others with Lee Burridge and Ruby Skye with The Crystal Method.
Both are 21+. California is dominantly a 21+ party state...and especially in San Francisco. I dunno of any 18+ pre-parties right now.
