maybe, but maybe the guy who sells it, got if for free, since its a promo. and he decided to not keep it, and sell it ... so he's the one who's illegal acting ... maybe? |

| pretty much 1/2 the edm records you see for sale on ebay are being sold illegaly... promos are "not for resale" but whatever... |
