cancel away goals in case of 2 ties

| i think they should cancel the away goal rules when both games end up in a tie. neither team proved that their better than the other so i dont think its fair to eliminate one because they conceded more goals in their home. |

And then both teams should be eliminated for ending up in a tie. Yeah, that sounds good.

| what bugs me more is that the away goal rule stands in extra time as well .... that means the visitors have an extra 30 mins to score a goal which could require the home team to score 2 more |
