ok but seriously here for a second. women today are more of a threat to me then i'd say men are. i don't know about the rest of you guys, but in terms of academic competition, i usually would consider the women in my classes greater competition than the men.

tha' is wrong with you?!

It's awesome that people have come to a conclusion as to what intelligence is; someone should email MIT and let them know because they're still trying to figure it out!

Unless you don't think their outstanding questions are valid...

I'm'a say "bs" to that. I think it has to do with society (and I haven't even read the article yet, will get on that in a sec) and how we measure intelligence. I know for a fact there are things women can figure out in a heart-beat that men could never figure out in their entire lives (or generations to come if we get the work started on the research now) because we're not completely equally equipped.

stronger, yes. smarter, no.

Moral Hazard
a couple of things to consider here...
a) intelligent is not the same thing as smart. Intelligence has more to do with the speed at which one processes information. In order to be considered smart one would have to be able to both process and retain information. Intelligence has nothing to do with the retention of information
b) They do not identify the whether the test for males and females was gender specific. If the tests were not gender specific then the test results will be skewed. Normally, in the US, white males do better on these tests then any other group, however, this is because the test is based on what a white male SHOULD know.
