Fred Baker & Greg Nash return for an offering on 2Play. They are appearing on the Spinnin offshoot for the first time and they deliver an average release imo.
Amazonia - The tranciest of the 3 tracks, I've only heard the sample but it sounds promising. Quite similiar to Confirmation on ITWT. - 7/10 Sample
Electro Shock - Almost minimal techno but not quite. An average effort
- 5/10 Sample
The Jungle - Draws some influence from Vibration. Nowhere as good. - 5/10 Sample
I liked this EP at first, but then gave it a few listens. Only Back From Amazonia stands out but the rest are average efforts. |

| Electro Shock is amazing. The other two tracks are nice techy stuff but nothing special really. |

What a record. When Fred produced stuff like this why doesnt he start producing hardstyle.

This sounds like tryhard Techno to me. I can't stand that "speedy J snare" (as Grim Reaper calls it :p )
Electro Shock 4/10
Amazonia 4/10
The Jungle 5/10
As you can see, i don't really like these tracks at all......just my opinion. |

Hmm, i have to agree with the rest of you.
This record has been kind of overhyped and i'm glad I didn't buy it.
This EP seems like an average effor at minimal techno but they didn't succeed imo. Their Dark Alliance guise is better. Back From Amazonia is above average at best. The rest of the tracks are a tad repetitive. |
