| OMG, that's awful! I've been on the shore during a hurricane up here before and was scared as hell.... my friends down in tequesta got hit pretty bad last year... flooding, everything and no power for 2 weeks... I love visitng florida but those hurricanes are rough... hope all are ok! |

What you gotta do is find new developments (shouldn't be hard, they're appering all over the place in florida), live there for two years.. sell it for 30% profit.
