I don't hear any saw there ...
I think it's a noise oscillator 24db lowpass filtered with LOT of resonance move the cutoff i think you will hear this pitch shifting sound. add a distorsion or a n overdrive effect maybe. |

It does sound like a very strange saw to me, not very melodical either :)
Best is to experiment with some pink or white noises... |
