Which firewire soundcard? Firewire 410 or Edirol FA-66?

I'm primarily a laptop musician and I find myself REALLY restricted without having a worthwhile soundcard. Firewire would be the best option, and I need it for MIDI in/out, XLR and other inputs, and multiple outs (I'm going to use it for DJing as well, and I need to be able to use headphones without whoring a mixer from someone).
So currently I'm stuck between the M-Audio FireWire 410 ($399.95 retail, availble online for $295) and the Edirol FA-66 (retails for $399.99, the lowest I've seen is $364). Has anyone had experience with either of these or have suggestions for anything offering similar I/O for a better price? I haven't actually bought a pro soundcard before, so since I don't have much experience any help is really appreciated. Many thanks :)

I've heard a RUMOR that m-audio's products aren't very sturdy
PLZ check reviews
I personally like m-audio product but my opinion of them isn't valid because I don't own any of them yet.

I've read about those rumors too... kept looking fo more info...and to be honest found more positive than negative.

Currently got the firewire audiophile. Got a great price at $139. Used it for midi, and rcas with no problems. Got A/B switch for headphones monitoring which has come in handy. Didn't need XLR cos I'm always near a mixer.
So, I'd say thumbs up for the m-audio
