in a general sense, without getting into the details right now, you were right, however there will be little fan fare like you originally described.
the only fanfare will be part of the General Election win or lose. even then it will be terror related won't be completely about Iraq and it won't be Bush's doing either so don't confuse the two.
Bush will leave office quietly with dignity and respect.
they're also planning a wedding. a lot of hype about an exiting Bush will revolve around that. |

(And the reason why I asked that thing about Hispanics is because that is really a label I can't understand: Sometimes it seems to be something "supra-racial", when wikipedia entries say there are "Hispanics of any race"... but then, it seems as if a White Hispanic isn't white.
