The tazer is a non lethal weapon that sends (depending on teh model) up to 750,000 volts of electricity into teh victim. It shuts down all skeletal muscle control, forcing teh person to stop moving/resisting. There is no way to slow it down/stop teh effects. You WILL drop when you are hit.
She is lucky those were civillian cops is all I gotta say... US MP's are emaner with tazers OW they hurt soo SOOO IGN BAD!!
