ok, so today i found out (i'm ashamed i didn't find this out sooner in life) that in the FedEx logo there is an arrow between the E and the x. see for yourself...
now i can't stop thinking about it. i see a FedEx truck and all i can do is stare at that damn arrow. i close my eyes and that arrow haunts me. for some reason i just can't stop picturing it, and it's driving me crazy!! i think because i've seen FedEx logos my entire life and i've NEVER noticed that arrow, and now my mind is compensating for it by only seeing the arrow.

Sorry, but I'm one of the gifted few who've noticed the arrow the first time they saw the logo.
Don't feel too bad about it, that arrow isn't really an arrow, just a coincidence.
You realize how clever a person would have to be to create such a convenient name/logo? |

if you look too hard you don't realize the arrow is made up of negative space... for me, once i saw it i couldn't focus on anything else in the logo.
i think next time i have to create a logo i'm gonna do something like that to mess with people's heads. |
