Sorry if anyone gets aroused or upset about the picture, but it is my current desktop!

Print screened the desktop into Paint Shop Pro. Should I have done it into Photoshop instead?
What the best way for the best quality??

| in mspaint you have a drop down option to save it as a .jpg. Use that. |

1>Save As... .jpg format.
You should be having some kind of a Compression>Image quality selection slider or options there, select to get appropriate size and quality you need...try a few times....u'll get it. |
