i must say, this track does sound pretty good, the leads, FX, bass, percs and kick are all really good.
its just that your mastering needs to improve a little bit. its 192kbps but sounds of a lesser quality.
compress this stuff, pan out your kicks, hihats, claps and instruments.
i think your breakdown should be faster. it seems to build up too slowly for my taste.
maybe more kicks in it. the hihat and clap sequencing is really good tho, i liked that a lot, just the lack of kicks and speed throughout the breakdown gave the track a lesser energy. |

the track is unmastered.. thats something i'll do in a later staged.. i wanted to give a moody, layback feel on the breakdown so the listener will get surprised after the brake.. but u are right.. it kinda develops a bit slow.. i'll work on that;)
thanks mate! |

i like the overall vibe going on. its quite a thick sound that sounds full and the soft melodies work well with that industrial sound that comes during and after the break. may be there is a bit too much echo in there somewhere causing the track to loose some of its drive. other than that i think this has potential and ill keep a look out for when its in its further stages.
****edit**** a tweek with the overall eq during mastering will probably assist the drive quite a bit.. |

Sounds pretty good so far, the breakdown is really good. The bassline, snare, acid etc outside the break make it sound quite 'German', but in a way that I like :p (I don't tend to be a massive fan of German trance, but I like the feel of this - powerful but still rolling and detailed... or something!)
Haven't really got anything else to add other than what's already been said, look forward to hearing more of it! |
