| I'm down in TX now, when I left VA it was 2.66, and it was about the same here in DaLLLas. I haven't been off campus for a couple of days so I dunno what it is now, but a lot of kids here at U. Dallas are from LA and Mississippi. ANd it's true about the 6 or 6.50 per gallon down there. It's sick. |

I spend about 85 90 bucks to fill up tank on a VW Gold Wagon with Diesel.
Unleaded I'd be looking at around 120+ bucks.
I always rememeber as a kid when I lived in France and the family had some friends from the US visit the americans were like " it can't be that expensive to be here .... let me pay for a gas fillup " .... they'd flip out when they saw the price :stongue: :stongue: |

Classic Im gonna fill up my GTI in switzerland next week. Last time I went it was 58 euro now probably close to 70...:wtf: |

actually, the gas here in mississippi isnt priced at 6.00, there is NO gas (4 days now). lol. the signs still read 2.65 though. i've got a quarter tank left. maybe i can cyphen some from the lawnmower. looks like i'll have to be a homebody for now. :nervous: theyre also filling my gym with cots for refugees to sleep and use the locker rooms to shower and such. it's gonna be kinda weird, but hey i suppose it's the least we can do. |

gas prices are around 1.40 to 1.70 CHF over there right now.
58 euros? No way
Thankfully they accept Debit cards at gas stations or else I'd never have enough cash whenever I'm in Switzerland! |
