Markus/JooF Review (pg. 2)

I can't believe I missed this especially with all the preplanning...Looks like it was an amazing experience. I did however make it to San Diego to visit some friends and had a great time but Saturday we went to the SD Zoo and spent THE entire day there. That place is recockulously big and takes an entire day to experience everything. Needless to say by night fall we were exhausted and our legs hurt (ing one steep hill after another) and we decided to go out to dinner at Coronada which was incredible. I couldn't talk my friends into driving up to LA for Markus and j00f because everyone was just too tired. My little 4 day vacation was great but I'm still disappointed a little that I missed Markus and j00f (would've been first time seeing j00f) but I will deffinitely see Markus at the LP.

markus reminded me an average summer hotel disco djs. john was better, but neither can hold a candle to big three.

opening dj was not that good but better than most of the opener djs. he complimented markus&john very well.

some good tunes were coming from the smaller rooms. but, i did not spend so much time.

sound was inferior, it might be because of the new room. if there is anyone from circus here, please check it. thanks.

Well, from my point of view, I am married, and work, and go to school, and have family and friends to take care of and spend time with, and so I do not get much time to go out and dance, so when I do I am pretty much happy, as long as the DJ doesn't suck.

Conditions are not always optimal, and all of these music snobs on here that will only listen to one dj, and blast everything else, or need everything to be just right, it is humurous to see.

I know that when I was going out every weekend I was critical like you, but I am in another place now.

truth != opinion

you didn't tell the truth, just your opinion. Which is all good ;) as long as you know that.

There is a new improvement being made to the facility each week. Last week, an additional panel was taken down for greater line of sight to the DJ booth from the new big room. You can now see the DJ from almost half of the new room. The new room is not fully wired for the full sound or lighting experience yet. Expect big changes in that area from now until the Armin show, including the possible use of the new DJ booth in the big room. This is the premier venue in the US and it will only get better.
