production multimedia and etn.fm pulled it off...Live broadcast from KOOLHAUS-LOL-SEPT 4 2005 WAS A HUGE SUCCESS CONSIDERING ALL THE HILLS AND VALLEYS WE WENT THRU. NOT TO BORE YOU WITH BLOG, production multimedia and ETN.fm joined forces to provide the electronic dance community a chance to to see a live video/audio net broadcast of Markus Shulz, Grey Area,Blank and Jones and finally Armin Van Buuren.
People.. lets not be critical of who played what or how well people played, the fact remains that the music scene in fact remains very much alive and it pleases me greatlty to see there was INDEED a lot of love for everything LOL represented. While filming live from the Koolhaus stage, the whole 10 hours worth, I saw more love and respect from an audience that put away their inhibitions,and just came for a real good time! I saw positive energy and reaction I am sure that hundreds saw from the net broadcast that the vibe was incredible. The club was rammed beyond belief, but as a oldschool raver, You either love it or hate it and learn how to adapt to the ever changing currents.
Respect to all that supported us there, online and in spirit.
Even more respect to the TA's that came to me and showed kudos.
And to all the ETN.fm Members and Team that made the idea happen.
Lastly, Armin Van Buuren and his Team who allowed his set to be broadcast, And The DJ's we filmed that nite, we could not have done what we did without you!!

First off, I'd like to Thank ETN.fm for being there and broadcasting it for all the people that couldn't make it. (such as I :() We appreciate it very much.
ETN pulled off one of THE greatest Live Club Broadcasts I have ever seen.
I've watched a few Live Broadcasts in the past, and they were not even half the quality of what you guys did last night!
Great job guys, keep up the great work! :) |

where did you guys get all the dvx100a cams from..
one guy had the sony HD cam, but that cam will be destroyed by the HVX.
anyways.. was it just freelance camera operators or you rented the equipment. |

| congrats to etn and everyone else involved in putting this together. I tuned in a month ago when they had mike and markus live from vancouver and knew that this would be no difference. it was quality all along and I look foreward to seeing more from etn in the future. so will these sets be available on etn like the ones from van were? |

James from Production multimedia kindly provided the cams, he and his cousin of which I cannot remember his name (sorry) and I were the camera operators on stage using the HD cam. |

actually, you can use winamp 2.91
i was using that to check the stream now and then
and OMG it was unbelievable out there. like james said, the vibe was superb (for the lack of a better word). it's what kept me up the whole night. tried to take a nap but that didnt go too well lol
james, jeff, bay and barry you guys did a great job working the cams on and off stage. it took hours to set up and only half an hour to take it all down, but it was all worth it. thanks to everyone who stayed up till the end to watch the feed and to chat with us online, keeping us awake. i cannot wait to see the video footage, actually, i cannot wait to see the vids from inferno in vancouver either! lol |
