T.Raumschmiere returns in 2005 with a brand new album, his second with
novamute, Blitzkrieg Pop. Recorded in late 2004 and early 2005 in Berlin,
Blitzkrieg Pop sees T.Raumschmiere build upon his gnarled hybrid of punk rock and electronic music that was pummeled onto the masses on his 2003 album Radio Blackout.
Containing more apparent punk rock influences as well as his own vocals,
T.Raumschmiere also enlisted the help of his friends Ellen Allien (Bpitch
Control), Sandra Nasic (from Guano Apes), Quasimodo Jones and Judith
Juillerat (both from T.Raumschmiere's own katapult label) and more to
build Blitzkrieg Pop into an alternate universe's punk rock anthem.
T.Raumschmiere will tour North America as a FOUR PIECE LIVE BAND in the fall
of 2005 in support of Blitzkrieg Pop.
