but listen to his mysteryland set. short but sweet. you can take 30 mins.
btw, the sander following (or mecca as i like to call it) from the mainroom to the terrace is the COOLEST ing thing i've EVER seen at space. :D
oh and arty, STFU, we used to have pvd rollcall threads MONTHS AND MONTHS before the shows. sander now is like the pvd of 2002. :p |

I can't believe he's more popular on FL Trance Addict than Paul van Dyk (an actual trance artist )... Gee can't wait for 50 Cent rollcall threads to start opening up on TA... I bet that will start happening about a year or so from now.

all i'm gonna say is, the first time i saw sander, first hour of the set i was really like "ummm, i dont get it, whats the big hype about him, he isnt ALLLLL that." by the end of the night i was SCREAMING for more. sander just knows how to pull you in. the way he built that set up that night was simply amazing. sander is 
and IMHO, if you dont experience sander live then you have no reason to bash him. if you went and didnt like it, then fine, you have your reasons, but theres NO WAY anyone could go to sander and not enjoy what he does. you may not like his recorded sets (i didnt at first) but seeing him live is unlike ANY other show i've ever been to. he's the most unique dj out there. i dunno, i'm just rambling on now, but jesus SANDER OWNS ME! and if you give him a chance he will own you too. ;) |

dude seriously that's pathetic...liking Sander or him being popular has nothing to do with hip-hop or the birth of hip-hop on the forums...Sander is still in the EDM category. But if you really want to go there, do you play all trance in your sets??? So what's wrong with roll call threads for PROGRESSIVE house DJ's?? Paul van Dyk isn't the greatest DJ alive :eek: (yeah I said it) and this all coming from the biggest trance whore EVER...which is something that won't change either. Nothing wrong with being open-minded or catching other DJ's since PvD comes like 2 times a year.
All in all if the man can move a dancefloor and have trance heads into his then he's worth seeing IMO...we'll see how it goes for me at Space...
