Coming to London this month, looking for fun things to do, please help!

Me and my girl are gonna be in London the nights of the 15th and 16th and also the 23rd and 24th. What are some good bars/clubs we should go to? First 2 days we're staying in Kensington and then last 2 days in Great Cumberland Place.
I've been looking up stuff but I'm not sure what's good. Is Turnmills good? Fabric? Any kind of music is fine except DnB (she wants house/trance). Also any good hip-hop clubs?
We're some major drinkers.
What's the dress code? Can I wear a hat (baseball cap)?
Does anyone know anything about Rome or Florence? We're also going there.

Try turnmills on both those fridays, they have housey stuff in room 2 and main room has a variety of EDM but its usually quite Trancey.
Fabric is DnB on fridays with a hip hop room and a breaks room too. On saturdays its prog and prog house.
Good bars are anything in central, Chinawhites, Funky Buddha, Cafe de Paris etc etcetc, however, don't go there unless you have very deep pockets as they are VERY expensive. believe me, i know :whip: dress codes for these clubs is generally very flashy...don't wear a baseball cap or be very casual.

Thanks for the help. How much does a typical mixed drink cost at one of those bars?
I think I'll check out those clubs too. See what's up. I heard Marco V is going to be playing I think the 24th. At Turnmills I think. |

a mixed drink in one of the exclusive bars i mentioned costs about 10 pounds...this consists of a double shot 50ml and mixer...so that about 18-20 dollars.
if you can get a table, expect a minimum spend of 500 pounds to be put onto it. our wallets still hurt after my birthday night at chinawhites :whip: |
